Q -How soon should we book?

 

A - It is best to book early! Saturdays are the first to go! Some months are busier than others. We suggest six to twelve months before your wedding date, but call us even if you have just decided to get married as we may have availability.

 

 

Q - How do we book you?

 

A - Fill out the on-line booking form and our booking specialist will let you know if we have an availability. If you decide to book our services, you are required to pay the full amount of $250.00 in order to guarantee your time and date. 

 

 

Q - How much do you charge?

 

A - The fee is $250.00 (no tax). The only possible extra cost would be a travel fee which is determined by location and distance.

 

 

Q - How long does the ceremony take?

 

A - Anywhere from 15-20 minutes, depending on the ceremony option you choose.

 

 

Q - Can we write our own vows?

 

A - No, you will be required to choose from one of the three beautifully laid out ceremonies found on the resources page. If you are looking for a personalized ceremony, we recommend you contact our sister company Kettle Creek Weddings.

 

 

Q - Do we have to memorize our vows?

 

A - No! However you if want to, it's fine by us.

 

 

Q - Can children take part in the ceremony?

 

A - Yes. We have a few suggestions on how this can work successfully.

 

 

Q - What does the Officiant wear?

 

A - A dark business suit is our standard.  Special requests to "fit" a theme can be negotiated!

 

 

Q - Can photos be taken during the ceremony?

 

A - This is the couples decision.  We ask that the photographers be as discreet as possible during the actual ceremony in order to avoid distraction.

 

 

Q - Where and when do we get our license?

 

A - You can get your license at any city hall up to 90 days before the wedding. We recommend you get your license at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding. The application can be downloaded from our web page.

 

 

Q - How do I change my name after the wedding?

 

A - First you will need to apply for a certificate of marriage.  You will find more information on this process on the resource page.

 

 

Q - How and when do we pay you?

 

A - We accept email money transfer, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept PayPal or payment the day of the wedding.

 

 

Q - What is your cancellation policy?

 

A - A wedding can be cancelled at anytime.  In the case of a cancellation, we require it be put into writing and this must be written by the bride and groom, not a family member or friend.

 

 

Q - Can I get a refund if necessary?

 

A - Refunds will be given if cancellation is within 10 days of the booking date.  The refund will be less a $25.00 administration fee.  No refunds are given after 10 days of booking.
